Good client service lives in the details. That principle shapes everything about how I approach my role as a Client Specialist. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University, which provided a strong foundation for my work and commitment to serving clients with care and attention to detail. It's important how quickly a question gets answered, how smoothly a process runs, and whether every interaction leaves a client feeling well taken care of.
What keeps me engaged in this work is the long view. Helping families work toward goals that will matter for years and generations, and being a reliable presence throughout that process, is the part of this job I find most meaningful.
I grew up in Metairie and now live in Prairieville with my husband Freddie, our two kids, Landon and Meredith, and our dog Roux. When I'm not supporting clients, you can find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events, traveling, volunteering or just enjoying time with family and friends!
